Phoenix Cloud is the central platform for configuration, evaluation, interaction and remote maintenance of Beckmann payment systems. The cloud connectivity of the proven hardware is extremely simple: no cell computers, VPN structures or separate software need to be installed on-site. Users benefit from intuitive dashboards where they can easily view the current status and interact with their system at any time, regardless of the device.

Process list with license plates
All license plates reported by the cameras are listed here chronologically with a time stamp. Other information coming directly from the camera, such as the image section of the license plate, license plate string, recognition quality and the direction of travel, can be seen at a glance. It is also possible to see how this information was evaluated by the parking system and what the result was for the parking process in question.

Webshop for online payment
Exiting vehicles with outstanding charges are warned via a large info screen and prompted to pay at the payment machine.
If the vehicle leaves anyway, the license plate number is noted on a tracking list - the customer then has up to 48 hours to make an additional payment in the online store before the owner investigation is initiated.

Tracking list of unpaid exits
Exiting license plates with outstanding costs are automatically added to the blacklist. By clicking on a process, detailed information becomes visible, e.g. the image section of the license plate, time stamps and parking durations. If several parking violations are known for a license plate, they are listed one below the other.

Discounting & conversion
A separate discounting front end is available for discounts and conversions. The operator defines for each user which time or amount discounts may be granted and how often per ticket. For hotel guests, the day ticket can also be converted into a multi-day ticket, allowing customers to travel in and out several times.
The discounting front end is displayed in a device-optimized way so that discounts can be applied using existing computers, tablets or smartphones. As an alternative to the device's own camera, a USB neck reader can be used to conveniently scan the barcode tickets.
